Seven-Time Deportee Crashed Into Ambulance In Drunken Hit-And-Run

WORCESTER, MA (MASSLIVE) – A man who has been deported seven times and convicted of illegally re-entering the U.S. three times allegedly crashed a pickup truck into an ambulance in Worcester and said he ran away from the scene because he was “afraid.”

Immigrations and Customs Enforcement has now placed an immigration detainer on Yuco Gonzalez-Dominguez, who is also known as Alfredo Silva-Magadan, following the Sunday crash, a spokesman said.

Worcester police went to the area of 420 Grafton St. at 4:45 p.m. for a report of a crash between a pickup truck and an ambulance, according to a police statement of facts filed in court documents.

The driver ran away, police wrote. There may have been a second suspect in the Chevy pickup truck who fled.

Officers arrived and found the UMass Memorial Medical Center ambulance driver and passenger, paramedics Grzegorz Pianka and Lisa Horowitz. They were evaluated on scene and taken to the hospital.

Police ran the license plate number of the Chevy and found that it was registered to Alfredo Silva-Magadan, whose last known address was 25 Endicott St. in Worcester, documents read.
